We all go through times when we are just completely broken down.
Where it just seems as if nothing is going right.
We may feel misunderstood, damaged beyond repair and alone in our daily walk through life. 

Some of us may withdraw from the world, some may turn to addictions such as drugs or alcohol, some may seek the comfort of friends and family and some may just shut down completely, hopeless and in despair.

Sure, there are things we can attempt. All those DIY fixes we try to get better.

If we are sick, it’s up to us to get the medical help we need. It’s up to us to take our meds, get enough sleep, eat right, exercise and limit the stress levels we may be encountering on a daily basis until things level out.It’s up to us to know if things are going downhill and take steps…
